These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Tripuppy’s website and services (the “Service”) at tripuppy.com. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our 개인정보 처리방침. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Tripuppy provides a visual travel discovery experience: photography, short descriptions, maps, and related tools to explore cities and destinations. Features may include browsing cities, saving places (including optional account sync), search, and feedback. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You may use much of the Service without an account. If you register or sign in, you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live (and at least the age required in your region for the Service). Authentication may be provided through third parties (such as email link, Google, or GitHub); their terms also apply to those sign-in flows.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Without limitation, you must not:
- Violate applicable law or infringe others’ rights;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks;
- Use automated means (such as scraping or bots) in a way that overloads the Service or breaches our policies, except as allowed by public search engine indexing conventions;
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law;
- Upload malware or harmful content.
We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or creates risk.
4. Content and intellectual property
The Service, including its design, branding, software, and compilation of content, is owned by Tripuppy or its licensors. City photographs are credited to photographers and Unsplash (or other listed sources) where shown. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service or third-party content except as allowed by law or with permission.
Informational only. Descriptions, rankings, maps, and photos are for inspiration and general information. They are not a substitute for professional advice, travel planning, safety, immigration, health, or booking decisions.
5. Third-party services
The Service may link to or integrate third-party sites, maps, authentication providers, and analytics. We do not control those services; your use is subject to their terms and privacy policies.
6. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRIPUPPY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (IF ANY), OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US $50). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
8. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Tripuppy and its affiliates against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access with or without notice for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or harms the Service or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations, and governing law) will survive termination.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction where applicable.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page and changing the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
